Swen Johannes

Swen Johannes is an experienced actuary currently working at Achmea since November 2022 as a model developer. Prior to this role, Swen held positions in various organizations including Belsimpel as Category Management Abonnementen from January 2019 to December 2020, and co-founded Het Bureau, serving as a tutor for secondary school students from October 2017 to September 2019. Swen also gained leadership experience as a team leader at Albert Heijn from April 2014 to February 2019. Educationally, Swen is pursuing a Master’s degree at Actuarieel Instituut from January 2025 to December 2026 and holds an MSc in Econometrics and Operational Research from the University of Groningen, completed in July 2022, along with a BSc in the same field obtained in 2020. Swen’s academic journey began at Praedinius Gymnasium, where a gymnasium diploma focusing on NT & Technasium was earned from 2010 to 2016.
