Corey Coughlin

Corey Coughlin has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Corey currently holds the position of Sr. Staff Software Engineer at Achronix Semiconductor Corporation since September 2022. Prior to this, Corey worked at Marvell Semiconductor for 8 years as a CAD Engineer from January 2014 to July 2022. Before Marvell Semiconductor, Corey was employed by Altera from August 2011 to October 2013 as a Software Design Engineer, Senior MTS. Corey also worked at Synopsys as a Software Product Manager from September 2010 to August 2011. Corey's previous positions include Software Product Manager at Virage Logic from April 2004 to September 2010, Staff CAD Engineer, Design Productization at Virtual Silicon Technologies from 2001 to 2004, Staff Engineer at C-Cube Microsystems from 1999 to 2001, Project Leader at Aspec Technology from 1996 to 1999, Principal Engineer at S-MOS systems from 1994 to 1996, and Member of Technical Staff at Vitesse Semiconductor from 1992 to 1994. Corey's roles have included responsibilities such as software development, CAD engineering, project leadership, and technical staff positions. Throughout Corey's career, they have gained experience in areas such as design automation, software product management, tool evaluations, flows development, and automation.

Corey Coughlin attended Cornell University from 1987 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical Engineering.
