Jurgen Rutgers has extensive experience in digitalization and smart mobility, currently serving as Managing Director and Online Strategist at BeSite B.V. since 1999, and as a Partner and Advisor at TripService since 2019. As Managing Director of TripTicket B.V. since 2007, Jurgen oversees event parking logistics in the ArenApoort area. In addition, Jurgen holds the position of Process Facilitator for Smart Mobility in the Achterhoek and for the Digitalization Task in East Netherlands with the Province of Gelderland. In 2023, Jurgen began a role as a podcast maker with Platform Anders Ondernemen, while also contributing to the development of secondary education as a council member with Achterhoek VO and as a board member with Smarthub Development. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
