Parttime Lecturer at Achva Academic College

Tali Semani is a highly experienced professional with extensive expertise in leadership, community relations, and education. Currently, Tali serves as the Director of the Network Unit at MAOZ, responsible for developing strategies that enhance engagement and collaboration among over 800 leaders in Israel. Additionally, Tali facilitates the Makom Program focused on municipal leadership, guiding group sessions to foster effectiveness in social-economic change. In academia, Tali is a part-time lecturer at Achva Academic College, teaching relational theory to MA students in clinical psychology. Previously, Tali held roles as Director of Community Relations and Services at the Jewish-Arab 'Chicago' Community Center and served in various academic positions, contributing to organizational consulting and evaluation research. Tali's educational background includes ongoing doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology at Ben-Gurion University, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Tel Aviv University and experience from Jackson State University.
