Morgan Foulkes

Morgan Foulkes has a wealth of experience in various roles, including as Deputy Director General at ACI EUROPE and Director of Policy. Prior to that, they held positions at UPS in EU Affairs, Public Affairs, and as a Public Affairs Supervisor. Additionally, they worked as an Independent Management Consultant and at Bank of New-York in Global Custody. They also gained experience at the European Commission as a Trainee in the Aviation Policy Unit. Morgan Foulkes holds degrees in Air and Space Law from McGill University and Air and Maritime Law from Université libre de Bruxelles.
