Alan McLachlan

Alan McLachlan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering, currently serving as Chief Architect - Merchant at ACI Worldwide since January 2012, where oversight of in-store and e-commerce merchant solutions is provided. Prior roles at ACI Worldwide include Senior Architect and Architect, focusing on product architecture, technical leadership, and project implementation. Experience at S1 Corporation from February 2009 to January 2012 included positions as Technical Lead and Solution Architect, emphasizing web UI and SOA framework ownership along with customer requirement analysis. Alan's career began at Mosaic Software where software development, testing, maintenance, and support were the primary duties. Alan holds a BSc Hons in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of Port Elizabeth, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
