Bob Mazzoni has over two decades of experience in instructional design and training, currently serving as Learning Director at ACI Worldwide since July 2008, where responsibilities include developing and implementing learning strategies for the company and its clients. Mazzoni previously held the position of Sr. Principal Technical Course Developer at ACI, focusing on mentorship and collaboration with third-party vendors. Prior roles include Instructional Designer II at BCBSNC, where curriculum design and training program management were crucial for various corporate initiatives, as well as positions at Butler Technology, National Commerce Bankcorp, and Food Lion, showcasing a strong background in educational development and communications. Mazzoni holds a Master's degree in Communications from Southern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from Catawba College.
