Gary Johnson

Gary Johnson, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Global Talent and Organizational Development at ACI Worldwide, a role held since August 2009, where responsibilities include developing and implementing talent management and organizational development programs. Previously, Gary worked at Physicians Mutual as Assistant VP of Organizational Change and Assistant VP-Customer Segment Manager, where significant contributions included creating a change process for a business transformation program and establishing a strategic customer segment that generated substantial corporate revenue. Gary also has experience as an Adjunct Faculty member at Bellevue University, instructing mid- to upper-level leaders in various management courses. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Iowa State University.
