Jeannie Jackson

Jeannie Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and education services across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Learning Services at ACI Worldwide since December 2015, Jeannie previously held significant roles at Aspect Software, including Director of Professional Services Consulting and various management positions in education services. Jeannie's career began at Sterling Jewelers as a Melita lead before progressing through multiple managerial positions at Melita International and Concerto Software. Jeannie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics, Education, and Psychology from Wittenberg University.
