Katie Hardin possesses extensive experience in customer success and sales, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Merchant Customer Success & Sales at ACI Worldwide since September 2015. Previous roles include Vice President of Merchant Customer Success and Director of Merchant Retail Customer Success at ACI Worldwide, as well as Account Executive for Commerce Bank's Commerce Point-of-Care™. Prior experience includes leadership positions at First Data Corporation, MPC Computers, and Gateway, where achievements included managing national merchant relationships and developing impactful sales teams. Katie Hardin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, with a minor in English, from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
