Suhail Khan

Suhail Khan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in services management and customer success across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. Currently serving as the VP - Head of Services at ACI Worldwide since April 2023, Suhail has previously held significant roles at Moody's Analytics as Professional Services Director and at Finastra as Director of Customer Experience Management. At ACI Worldwide, Suhail demonstrated leadership by managing a large regional services team, achieving substantial revenue growth, and enhancing customer experience, while also contributing to strategic initiatives and multi-product bid management. Educationally, Suhail holds a BSc Hons in Computing Information Systems from the University of East London.
