Charlie Friedmann

Charlie Friedmann has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Charlie currently holds the role of President at Proxies starting from October 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Proxies at Acid League since January 2021. From June 2017 to October 2022, they worked as a Food, Drinks, and Travel Writer as a Freelancer. During their time at Athletes Collective from May 2014 to May 2017, they served as a Co-founder. Before that, from December 2010 to May 2011, they worked as the Director of Business Development & General Counsel at PPX Hospitality, where they handled legal work and developed relationships with partners and clients. Charlie began their career as an Associate at Clifford Chance US LLP from August 2008 to November 2010, gaining extensive experience in corporate law and finance.

Charlie Friedmann attended McGill University from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Great Distinction in Economics. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at New York University School of Law from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree Cum Laude, specializing in Law.
