Golnoosh Mahdavi has a diverse work experience in various industries.

From 2022 to the present, they are working as a Brand & Culinary Ambassador at Acid League.

From 2020 to 2022, Golnoosh worked as the Director of Innovation at Thimus Inc., where they oversaw the long-term innovation strategy, culinary co-creation projects, and international business development. Golnoosh also acted as the Operations Manager for all North American business contracts and collaborations.

Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Cook at Osteria Francescana | Casa Maria Luigia, one of the world's best restaurants, where they received training under renowned chefs Massimo Bottura and Jessica Rosval.

Earlier in their career, they served as a Talent Researcher at Bridgewater Associates from 2015 to 2016.

From 2012 to 2015, Golnoosh worked at the Clinical and Affective Neuroscience Laboratory, Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Golnoosh started as a Research Assistant and later became the Lab Manager.

Golnoosh Mahdavi completed their Bachelor of Science (Sc.B.) in Neuroscience from Brown University, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. In 2017-2018, they pursued a Culinary Arts Degree at the Institute of Culinary Education. Additionally, they obtained certifications in the International Federation of Pastry, Ice Cream, & Chocolate from Federazione Internazionale Pasticceria Gelateria Cioccolateria (FIPGC) in December 2018, and in Structured Clinical Interviews for DMS-IV Axis I Disorders from Butler Hospital in December 2011.
