Nikolaos Tsekmezoglou

Nikolaos Tsekmezoglou has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nikolaos is currently working as the Global Head of Compensation and Benefits at ACINO since February 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Group Head of Total Rewards at Al-Futtaim from July 2018 to April 2020. During their time at adidas, they held several roles including Director of HR Rewards in Emerging Markets, Senior Manager of Rewards in Emerging Markets, HR Team Manager of Rewards in the Middle East & Northern Africa (MENA), Manager of Rewards for the adidas Group in South Europe, and Manager of Compensation & Benefits in South East Europe. Nikolaos also worked at CITIBANK (DIRECT SALES) in Compensation and Benefits, P.PETROPOULOS AEBE in Marketing and Sales, AM CONSULTING in Marketing and Sales (Derivatives), and C-WAVE in Market Research-Consulting.

Nikolaos Tsekmezoglou holds an Msc in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Nikolaos also completed an MBA in Business Administration at the University of Southampton from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Agri-Food Business Administration from the University of Ioannina, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
