William Little is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food service industry. Currently, as a Culinary Project Consultant at ACityDiscount Restaurant Equipment since January 2019, William assists customers with culinary questions, menu development, and project design. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager and Corporate Chef at MadMac's LLC, and Executive Chef positions at MooCoo Group and Pijiubelly. Additionally, William held the position of Executive Chef and Operations Director at The GRG Guest Ranch/Stockmans, overseeing kitchen operations, labor standards, and compliance. Earlier in the career, William served as Corporate Chef at Harris Teeter and as a Culinary Specialist with the Department of Defense, specializing in transforming military dining facilities. William holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Science/Culinology from The Art Institute of Atlanta.
