Tara Swanson-Pauw currently serves as the Marketing Manager: Brand at Ackermans, beginning in October 2024. Prior to this role, Tara held multiple positions at PEP, including Head of Brand & Innovation and Marketing Manager for PEPhome, FMCG & Dealz from February 2018 to September 2024. Earlier experience includes the role of Category Marketing Manager at Vital Health Foods from November 2014 to September 2017, managing brands such as Vital and Efamol. From February 2008 to October 2014, Tara worked at Parmalat SA (Pty) Ltd, progressing through various roles from Trainee Brand Manager to Senior Brand Manager for Milk & Custard and Cheese, overseeing several key brand portfolios. Tara completed a BComm Honours in Business Management, Marketing at Stellenbosch University in 2007 and holds a BComm in Management Sciences with a focus on Marketing from the same institution, completed in 2006.
