Jim Morton has over 14 years of work experience in various IT and management roles. Jim started their career in 2006 as a Project Manager at Quality Repair Services, where they demonstrated strong skills in MS Office Toolsets, CMM, and Six Sigma. Jim gained experience in international banking, public health, outsourcing, and logistics/procurement. Jim excelled in nurturing long-term customer relationships, developing project plans, establishing behavioral practices, and supporting team career development and coaching. In 2009, they joined Ackerman Security as an IT Manager, where they currently hold this position.

Jim Morton attended the State University of New York at Farmingdale from 1981 to 1983. During this time, they pursued a degree in Graphic Arts and obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree.
