Shawan Sur

Shawan Sur is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and skill development. Currently serving as DGM Talent Acquisition at Acko since April 2022, Shawan has previously held senior managerial roles at [24]7.ai India and HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, where responsibilities included leading recruitment efforts and managing teams. Additional experience includes positions at Inskills and Mahindra Institute of Management & Technical Studies, focusing on sourcing for faculty and management roles and developing training programs. Early career roles include Assistant Manager - Hiring at Genpact India and Lead - Hiring at IBM Daksh, where Shawan managed national hiring initiatives and vendor relations. An alumnus of Globsyn Business School, Shawan holds a PGDM in HR and has foundational academic training from Assembly of God Church and Queen of the Mission.
