Michael Noska

Director, Aclara Operations at Aclara

Michael Noska has a diverse work experience spanning from 1997 to the present. Michael started their career in the United States Air Force, where they worked as a Production Superintendent, leading a team of 101 personnel and overseeing maintenance activities for F-16 aircraft.

After leaving the Air Force, they worked as an Electronic Technician at JT3, specializing in Ground Radar systems. During this role, they were responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and testing electronic equipment.

Following JT3, Michael served as a Real Estate Agent at NextHome, Inc. for a year, before transitioning to the role of Production Supervisor at Hexagram. As a Production Supervisor, they implemented new programs and policies, fostered teamwork, and partnered with Human Resources to create a positive work culture.

Since 2007, Michael has been with Aclara, where they have held multiple positions. Michael started as a Supply Chain Project Manager, where they developed and implemented new manufacturing capabilities. Michael then became the Plant Manager, overseeing operations and logistics. From 2011 until May 2021, they served as the Director of Manufacturing Operations, where they directed manufacturing capabilities and drove continuous improvement within the organization. Michael is currently the Director of Aclara Operations.

Michael Noska attended the Community College of the Air Force from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications as a Certified ALICE Trainer from ALICE Training in May 2016, and Real Estate Licenses from the State of Ohio in January 2005.
