Kathryn Lagreca

Kathryn Lagreca is currently the Communications Director at ACLU of Massachusetts since March 2018. Prior to this, Kathryn worked at Northwind Strategies from January 2014 to March 2018, holding positions such as Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, and Account Coordinator. Kathryn's experience includes internships at various government offices including the Office of Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, Office of Interim U.S. Senator William 'Mo' Cowan, and Office of U.S. Senator John Kerry, where Kathryn served in communication-related roles. Kathryn graduated from Emerson College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political communication.
