Elica Rahdar

Elica Rahdar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and community engagement. As Co-Founder and COO of 3TEN8 since June 2014, Elica has been instrumental in developing cognitive operations technology for AI-driven, self-healing network operations. Elica participates actively in civic engagement as a Board Member and Finance Chair of the ACLU of Northern California and serves in multiple roles with Organizing for Action, contributing to grassroots efforts on various social issues. Elica is also part of the Emerge California Class of 2019, focused on empowering women in politics. Elica's academic background includes a PhD in Developmental Psychology/Psychological Sciences from The University of Texas at Dallas, complemented by a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree from the same institution.
