Shelby Chase

Shelby Chase is a seasoned human resources professional and educator with extensive experience in various roles. Since founding HRiQ in May 2018, Shelby has also served as a Faculty Lecturer at California State University, Chico, and holds a board position at Inspire School of Arts and Sciences. As Chair of the Board of Directors for the ACLU of Northern California's Chico Chapter since June 2016, Shelby plays a vital role in governance and advocacy. Previous positions include HR Business Partner at Pre-employ.com, and managerial roles in human resources at organizations such as American Commodity Co and Dignity Health. Shelby's educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from California State University, Chico.
