Andrew Aleman

Andrew Aleman, LICSW, is a National Consultant, Leadership Coach, and Mental Health Therapist with extensive experience in community engagement and mental health support. They served as the Community Engagement Supervisor at the Nebraska AIDS Project, providing education and testing on HIV prevention from 2012 to 2016. Following this, Andrew held various roles at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, including Adjunct Instructor and Deputy Title IX Coordinator. Currently, they are the Deputy Director of People Power & National Partnerships at Black & Pink National, where they have contributed since 2020. Andrew also provided mental health therapy at Omaha Integrative Care and worked as a Senior Consultant at Huespring. They earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha between 2013 and 2015.
