Daniel Marks

Regional Campaign Strategist — Northwest United States at ACLU

Daniel Marks is an experienced campaign strategist currently serving as the Regional Campaign Strategist for the Northwest United States at the ACLU since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading legislative campaigns on various social justice issues and managing coalitions. Prior to this role, Daniel held positions at the Kairos Fellowship, focusing on grassroots organizing and electoral engagement, and as a Digital Manager at Color Of Change, where Daniel oversaw digital campaigns aimed at criminal justice reform and voter mobilization. Previous experience includes administrative support at the ACLU's Racial Justice Program and impactful internships focused on racial equality and public policy. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication from American University and has completed the PPIA program at UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy, in addition to attending the Harvard Kennedy School.
