Eva Decharleroy

Eva DeCharleroy, Esq. currently serves as Legislative Counsel at the ACLU since October 2023. Previously, Eva was the Legislative Director for Senator Crighton in the Massachusetts State Senate from March 2022 to October 2023. Eva gained valuable experience as a 3:03 Student Attorney at the Committee for Public Counsel Services and has held various legal internships, including roles at Greater Boston Legal Services and the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. Eva earned a Juris Doctor degree from New England Law | Boston in 2021, where involvement included leadership positions in student government and research related to immigration law and international law. Prior educational background includes studies in English Language and Literature at Syracuse University and an Associate of Arts in Humanities from Onondaga Community College.
