Jessica Apgar

Jessica Apgar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and product management. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at the ACLU since October 2017, Jessica previously held the position of Digital Product Manager at the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America from January 2015 to September 2017. Jessica's earlier roles include Business Analyst at CBS, Crisis Management Leader and Commercial Risk Manager at GE, and Crisis Management Consultant at NATO. Jessica's military background includes service as a Military Intelligence Officer and Field Artillery Officer in the US Army from September 2000 to April 2007. Educated at the University of Cincinnati with a BA in Political Science, Jessica also holds an MA (with Distinction) in International Conflict Analysis from the University of Kent and completed Software Product Management Training at Product School in 2016.
