Maxime Lacombe

Maxime Lacombe is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management within the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Currently serving as Manager des Opérations at Laboratoire Dermatologique ACM since December 2024, responsibilities include overseeing purchases, supply chain logistics, and financial aspects related to Cost of Goods. Previously, Maxime worked as Purchasing/Supply Manager at BIOCODEX from August 2022 to September 2024, managing procurement for a large organization and facilitating the integration of Iprad following its acquisition by Biocodex. As Purchasing-Supply-Logistic Manager at Laboratoires IPRAD from September 2017 to 2024, Maxime contributed to significant operational changes and ERP system upgrades. Prior experience includes a decade-long tenure at Puressentiel, where leadership was demonstrated in expanding the purchasing and logistics department from a small team to a larger operation across multiple platforms. Maxime holds a Master’s degree in Purchasing from EM LYON, completed in 2002.
