Gordon Campbell, CPA has a diverse work experience in various financial roles. Gordon started their career as Controller/CFO at Veratec Canada, Inc. in 1990 and held this position until 1996. Gordon was then promoted to Mgr Worldwide Planning & Analysis at Veratec Head Office in 1996. At Veratec, a $250M manufacturer of nonwoven textile products, Gordon gained valuable experience managing financial planning and analysis.
In 1998, Gordon joined BBA Fiberweb Nonwovens as Division Controller for the newly formed $150M Medical & Industrial Division. Gordon successfully implemented an aggressive turnaround program that led to a $22M increase in operating profit in 1999.
Moving forward, Gordon became CFO of Nylstar Inc., a $50M manufacturer of nylon yarn, in 2002. During their tenure, the company experienced a $15M profit increase from 2002 to 2004, resulting in the subsequent sale of the company to Nilit Ltd.
From 2006 to 2010, Gordon worked at BlueLine Rental (formerly Volvo Rents) as Franchise Field Support & Reporting Manager. Gordon then took on the role of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2011 to 2014. This experience helped him develop strong financial planning and analysis skills.
In 2015, Gordon worked as an Independent Consultant for contract services before joining Acme Lift Company in 2016. Gordon currently holds the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Acme Lift Company.
Gordon Campbell, CPA, completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Organizational Behavior & Industrial Relations from The University of British Columbia. Gordon attended the university from 1974 to 1980.
