Becky Workiewicz

Becky Workiewicz is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in total rewards, payroll management, and HR operations. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Acme Smoked Fish Corp since August 2019, Workiewicz focuses on enhancing the employee experience through strategic compensation, benefits, and talent development initiatives. Previously, Workiewicz held various roles within Blue Buffalo Co, including HR Operations Manager, where operational efficiencies were improved for 2,500 employees. Workiewicz began a career at ANN INC, directing the HR Shared Services team and overseeing payroll specialist functions. Workiewicz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Purdue Global.
