With leadership roles on the boards of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and ACMP Midwest Chapter, as well as serving as a Strategic Advisor for Thrivatize LLC, Suz excels in enhancing customer experience and employee engagement. Previous positions include Director of Learning and Development at JB Training Solutions and Organizational Development & Enablement Lead at Cisco, where impactful training and development initiatives were executed. Suz holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
