Suz O'Donnell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in driving business growth, innovation, and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as Portfolio Lead at Point B, Suz collaborates with top executives and clinicians to optimize rapid change initiatives. As a Forbes Council Member, Suz provides expert advice on business growth and innovation through monthly articles. With leadership roles on the boards of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and ACMP Midwest Chapter, as well as serving as a Strategic Advisor for Thrivatize LLC, Suz excels in enhancing customer experience and employee engagement. Previous positions include Director of Learning and Development at JB Training Solutions and Organizational Development & Enablement Lead at Cisco, where impactful training and development initiatives were executed.
