Malika Kemmache

Malika Kemmache has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. In 1994, they started their career as a Staffing Supervisor at KPMG Peat Marwick and worked there until 1999. Malika then joined A.T. Kearney in 2000, where they held multiple roles, including Staffing Manager and eventually became the Human Resources Director. After leaving A.T. Kearney in 2014, Malika joined ForCity as a Business Developer from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they worked as an HR Manager at CHANEL before transitioning to Serge Ferrari, where they served as an HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2022. Most recently, Malika worked at SIXT as an Executive HR Business Partner from 2022 to 2023. In March 2023, they joined Acoem as the Group HR Director.

Malika Kemmache is currently pursuing an Executive Master's degree in Human Resources at Sciences Po Executive Education, starting in 2021. Malika previously completed a Master's degree at Ecole Nationale de Commerce Paris, however, the field of study is unspecified.
