Javed Zafar

Javed Zafar is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as the HR Director for Rewards, Performance Management, and Organization Design at Alghanim Industries since August 2010. Responsibilities encompass a wide range of HR activities including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, and Industrial Relations. Prior to Alghanim Industries, Javed held positions as an HR Generalist Advisor at Dell and completed internships at Ernst & Young and Citi. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR, PM & IR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. Javed also holds the SPHR certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
