Piia Liimatta

Piia Liimatta has extensive experience in linguistic resource management and talent acquisition within the translation and localization industry. Currently serving as the Director of Linguistic Resource Management and Talent Director for Northern Europe at Acolad Group since January 2020, Piia has previously held management roles at AAC Global, including Manager of Supplier Management. Earlier positions included Talent and Quality Manager for Central and Eastern Europe and Africa at SDL plc, where Piia was involved in recruitment and vendor management, as well as Regional Vendor Manager for the Nordics. Piia's career began at SDL International, progressing through roles such as Translation Line Manager and Associate Line Manager. Educational credentials include a Master's degree from the University of Turku and advanced studies in Human Resources.
