Rano Santoso

Rano Santoso has had three significant work experiences. Rano started their career at PT ANZ Bank Ltd in 2009 as an IT Service desk SPV. In this role, they supervised and managed a team, analyzed and found solutions for incident cases, managed hardware assets, trained new hires, and provided support to VIP users. Rano worked at PT ANZ Bank Ltd until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Rano worked at PT. Livingsocial as an IT System Administrator. Here, they participated in capacity planning, developed long-term strategic goals for systems and software, and ensured data accuracy and viability. Since 2014, Rano has been working at aCommerce as a Product Owner. In this role, they lead the logistic supply chain system and development, plans product vision and strategy, and focuses on business value.

Rano Santoso completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. This educational journey took place from 2001 to 2006.
