Kent N. Knudson

Kent N. Knudson is a Senior Compliance Officer at ACON Investments. Prior to joining ACON in 2019, Mr. Knudson was a Director in the Asset Management Consulting Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers for 20 years. At PwC, Mr. Knudson assisted private equity managers, hedge fund firms and other U.S. and foreign investment advisers to design, implement and test their formal compliance programs. He also assisted in several internal investigations related to regulatory enforcement cases. Prior to PwC, Mr. Knudson was a Branch Chief in the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for eight years.

Mr. Knudson received a B.A. in both Spanish and International Relations from Brigham Young University, and an M.B.A. with an emphasis on international business from the University of South Carolina.
