Jacy Wiewiora

Jacy Wiewiora is an Associate Digital Marketing Specialist at Acorn Analytics. Jacy has over thirteen years of experience in customer service and account management. Jacy has a strong background in project management, process improvement, and team leadership.

Jacy began their career in 2007 as an Account Specialist at RR Donnelley. In this role, they utilized their project management skills to coordinate and implement new business and application changes. Jacy also communicated and interacted with various internal and external customers to resolve issues of moderate complexity. In 2010, they were promoted to Navigator where they led internal and external team members in a cross-functional setting.

In 2016, Jacy left RR Donnelley to join Acorn Analytics as an Associate Customer Success Specialist. In this role, they provided leadership and procedural assistance to junior Customer Service staff. Jacy also partnered with Sales to prepare and make presentations to customers. In 2018, they were promoted to their current role as Associate Digital Marketing Specialist.

Jacy has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
