Julie Barndt, BCBA, LBA has worked in various roles in the field of behavior analysis. Julie started their career in 2012 as a Behavioral Therapist at Gamut Early Intervention Services, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, they joined Grafton Integrated Health Network as an ABA Program Manager, a position they held until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Julie worked as a Behavior Analyst at Next Steps Behavioral Centers. Currently, they are employed at Acorn Health, where they have held the positions of Clinical Director from 2020 to 2023 and Associate Regional Director of Operations from 2023 onwards.

Julie Barndt, BCBA, LBA, has a Master of Science (M.S.) in education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Temple University, obtained between the years 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from West Virginia University, completing their degree between 2006 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board in February 2014.
