Mark Ronai

Mark Ronai is the current Director of Engineering at Acorns. Mark has been with the company since October 2011 and in their current role for almost 2 years. Prior to Acorns, Mark was a Sr. Web Developer at RED Digital Cinema from October 2011 to October 2013. Mark was also a Senior Web Developer at Ellison from January 2008 to October 2011 where they were responsible for the complete application and database engineering, backend development, resource planning and performance scaling of the company's industry leader high-traffic ecommerce RoR/NoSQL global web application. Mark began their career as an IT Director at Landmark Equities from January 2005 to December 2007 where they led a team that developed the company’s website and tracking system (CRM).

Mark Ronai works with Hasrat Godil - VP, Engineering, Russ Cloak - Director of Engineering, and Laurene Rechert - Lead Engineer. Their manager is Hugh Tamassia, CTO.
