Rakesh Parida

Rakesh Parida is a dedicated IT professional with a background in technical support and sales. Currently employed as a 2nd Line Support Engineer and formerly as an Information Technology Support Analyst at Acosta Europe since March 2022, Rakesh brings valuable expertise in resolving complex technical issues. Previous experience includes a role as a Sales Assistant at Asda from September 2018 to February 2022. Rakesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Middlesex University, completed in August 2021, and a Diploma of Education in Information Technology from Richmond upon Thames College, earned in June 2016, alongside GCSE qualifications from Lampton School.
