Scot Carley has a diverse work experience in sales and business development. Scot started their career as a Sales Representative at Nabisco Biscuit Company, where they were responsible for selling and managing sales in a specific geographic area. Scot then joined Anheuser-Busch as a Key Account Space Manager, where they developed growth strategies and educated grocery retailers on shelf allocation. Scot later became the Owner of TNT International Inc. / All Natural Rock, where they imported and exported grocery retail products and implemented strategic growth plans. Scot then worked as a Director of Business Development at Wakefield Talabisco International, focusing on expanding the company's business. Scot joined Acosta Sales & Marketing as a Business Manager, overseeing various aspects of the business. Scot subsequently held roles as Sales Director and Team Lead at Acosta and Acosta NS Sales for Albertson's / Safeway, respectively.

Scot Carley obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Puget Sound, where they studied from 1987 to 1992.
