Carolyn O'Connor has extensive experience in lead generation and customer engagement across various industries. Currently serving as a Brand Ambassador at Southern Traditions Window Fashions since September 2019, Carolyn has demonstrated skills in following up on leads and connecting with customers. At Acosta Heating & Cooling, Carolyn excelled as a Lead Generator, winning multiple contests for generating the most leads and closed sales. Previous roles include generating leads at Cool Today A/C & Heating and Eco Water, promoting products through sales demos at A/P Events and On the Rocks Models, and teaching as a homeschool educator. Carolyn's foundational experience began in data entry as a Computer Operator at Chart House Restaurant. Carolyn holds some college education in Business/Office Automation from the College of DuPage.
