Eric Wilson

Eric Wilson has a diverse background in management and food technology, currently serving as Market Training Lead for Sam's/Walmart at Acosta since February 2017 and as a Food Technologist at Vinedirect agency since January 2017. Previously, Eric held the position of Restaurant General Manager at OKELLYS from May 2015 to September 2017, and spent over 14 years at Darden, culminating as General Manager from June 1996 to April 2011. This extensive experience spans various aspects of the food service and retail industries.
