Werner Schwarz has a strong background in corporate strategy, innovation, and technology. Werner has worked for various companies in the IT industry, including ACP Gruppe, CANCOM, ECS Computer Partner, EINSTEINet AG, Nortel Dasa, and BNR Europe Ltd.

At CANCOM, they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Innovation, Competence Lead for CANCOM IoT and Digital Solutions, and Vice President of Competence Center for Security, Network, Communication, IoT & Analytics. In these positions, they were responsible for strategy, solution sales, presales, solution marketing, portfolio management, partner alliance management, and managed service development.

Before joining CANCOM, Schwarz served as the Head of Business Unit Network & Security at ECS Computer Partner and as the Vice President of Business Line Network & Security at EINSTEINet AG. Werner also worked as a Senior Manager for Business Solutions & Strategy Consulting at Nortel Dasa and as a Senior Network Consultant at BNR Europe Ltd.

Additionally, Schwarz has experience in areas such as IT security, network, communication, workplace, datacenter, IoT, data management, analytics, artificial intelligence, and public cloud services.

Currently, they hold the position of Director of Strategy & Technology at ACP Gruppe.

Werner Schwarz attended Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Diplom Ingenieur (FH), Dipl. Ing. degree in Feinwerk & Microtechnology. Werner then attended University of Sunderland from 1992 to 1993, earning an Euronational Certificate (ENC) in European Economy & Law. Finally, from 1993 to 1994, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Telecommunication Technology at Aston University.
