ACPA Institute On The Curricular Approach Faculty at ACPA–College Student Educators International

Heather Kropf, Ed.D., currently serves as the Assistant Vice President and Dean of Students at Willamette University since May 2022, where Heather also holds the position of Director of Residence Life, Housing, and Student Conduct. With extensive experience in higher education, Kropf has contributed to ACPA–College Student Educators International as an Institute on the Curricular Approach Faculty since 2020, focusing on leadership and organizational development. Prior roles include Associate Director of Residence Life at the University of Oregon, where Heather supervised staff and managed residential learning initiatives, and various positions at Pacific University, Azusa Pacific University, Augsburg College, and in retail management. Kropf holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Portland State University and multiple degrees in education and communication from Azusa Pacific University.
