Anabel Ruiz

Anabel Ruiz is an experienced Food and Beverage Manager currently at Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach since November 2022. Prior roles include positions at Swire Hotels as Restaurant and Bar Manager, and at Trump International Beach Resort as Food and Beverage Manager. Anabel's background in culinary and food service began with an Associate's degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, followed by an Associate's degree in Food Science. Anabel holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts from Universidad del Valle de Puebla and is pursuing additional education in Restaurant/Food Services Management at Università Bocconi and Foodservice Systems Administration at ISSSTE Escuela de Dietetica y Nutrición.
