Manuela Pagella

Manuela Pagella is an accomplished leader in the energy and utilities sector with extensive experience in innovation, technology management, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Head of Open Innovation at ACEA since October 2020, Manuela is focused on enhancing the innovation process within the Acea Group and promoting collaborative technological ecosystems. Previous roles include Head of Smart Solutions Infrastructure and Head of Public Lighting at ACEA, as well as significant leadership positions at Italgas, AES Torino, and Toscana Energia. Manuela holds multiple degrees from Università di Pisa in Engineering/Industrial Management and Logistics and Production Engineering, along with various professional development programs aimed at enhancing leadership and governance skills. Additionally, Manuela serves on several boards, including Acquedotto del Fiora SpA, Acea Infrastructures, and Aqua.iot Srl.
