Sakshi Bansal

Sakshi Bansal, SPHR®, has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2001 with IDS Infotech Limited as a Quality Assurance - Medical transcriptionist. In 2010, they joined Tekseed Solutions LLC as an HR Generalist and stayed until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, Sakshi worked at Perflabs Inc. as an HR Recruiter. In 2012, they also joined Empower Professionals Inc as an HR Manager, and later became an HR Director from 2015 to 2015. Starting in 2015, they joined Precision Technologies Corp. as the Director Of Human Resource & Operations, where they worked until 2021. Currently, Sakshi is working at Acqueon, initially as the Director - People & Culture from 2021 to 2023, and then promoted to Senior Director - People & Culture from 2023 onwards.

Sakshi Bansal, SPHR® has a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on HR, from Symbiosis International University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in October 2021. Sakshi has also completed certifications in Diversity Inclusion and Belonging from LinkedIn in 2022, Vistage Leadership in Action from Change Management LLC in 2020, and SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019. Furthermore, they are pursuing certifications in the Future of Work and as a Certified Strategic HR Leader from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR, expected to be obtained in 2023.
