Director of Machine Learning at Acquia

Arnaud Prades has had a diverse range of work experiences, starting with a current position as the Director of Machine Learning at Acquia since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at AgilOne from 2014 to 2019, first as the Head of Data Science and then as a Data Scientist. Before joining AgilOne, they worked as a Freelance Data Scientist at EM Consulting for a few months in 2014. In 2013, Arnaud worked as an Operations Research Analyst at baobab soluciones, where they built models, programmed apps, and provided inventory management insights based on sales data. Arnaud also had an internship as an Operations Research Analyst at Volvo Trucks in 2012. In 2011, they had two internships, one as an M&A Analyst at KPMG Transaction Services, where they worked on various projects related to financial due diligences, sales reporting system rebuilding, and operational performance analysis, and another as an M&A Analyst at AEXECUTIVE. Arnaud also worked as an Innovation Project Manager at La Poste in 2010 and as a Project Manager at DHL Supply Chain in 2009.

Arnaud Prades has an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Before that, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued an Engineer's Degree at CentraleSupélec. Arnaud completed their Bachelor of Science equivalent degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Lycée du Parc between 2007 and 2009. Arnaud also attended Lycée Champagnat from 2000 to 2007, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Mathematics. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Google Cloud Certified Associate Engineer certification from Google (obtained in 2019) and certifications in image and video processing and algorithm implementation from Coursera (obtained in 2014 and 2013, respectively).
