Lee Kirton has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Lee is currently the Director of Customer Success at Acquia, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this, Lee worked at LivePerson as the Head of Customer Success for EMEA from 2019 to 2021, leading the customer success team and achieving impressive results in terms of NPS, renewal rates, and platform usage. Before LivePerson, Lee spent many years at British Gas Business, where they held various positions such as Head of Customer Service for Major Accounts, Customer Service Leader, Major Accounts Team Manager, Direct Sales Office Team Manager, and Head of Commercial, demonstrating their wide range of expertise in customer service, sales, and leadership.
