Ralph Francesconi

Ralph Francesconi is a Senior Support Engineer at Acquia, with a progression through roles as Support Engineer and Associate Support Engineer since July 2021. Prior to Acquia, Ralph gained experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer at General Assembly, completing a 420-hour course focused on technologies such as React, JQuery, Bootstrap, and Node. Ralph also worked as an Assistant Foreman at Seacoast Tent Rentals Inc., where responsibilities included the efficient loading and unloading of supplies and managing tent setup and breakdown. Additionally, Ralph served as an Assistant Manager at Olympia Sports, overseeing associates and training new employees. Ralph holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from UMass Boston and a certificate in React Development from Zero To Mastery Academy.
